When construction of the Platt River Bridge in the Central Platte Valley, Millennium Bridge, and Highland Bridge over Interstate 25 were completed in 2006, residents of Highland could now have easy access to the downtown area. This has led to a rapid growth over the years, making this area one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in terms of real estate.
Denver is also known for its active golfing and skiing communities.
